AMP Haus Warranty Policy

At AMP Haus, we believe every ride should come with peace of mind. That’s why we stand behind our products with a comprehensive, transparent warranty that reflects our confidence in the quality and durability of our electric products we carry. Whether you're commuting, exploring, or converting, we’re committed to keeping you moving. 

Note: This warranty is an extension of the manufacturer's warranty coverage.

Powertrain Warranty - 24 Months

Covers all key propulsion and control systems:

• Electric Motor: Includes internal components and mounting hardware
• Motor Controller (ESC): Covers internal circuitry and connectors
• Battery Pack: Includes battery cells, BMS (Battery Management System), casing, and wiring
• Throttle Assembly & Main Harness: Includes communication wiring to the motor and controller

Coverage includes defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

Frame & Chassis Warranty - 24 Months

Covers structural integrity and failure of:

• Mainframe
• Subframe
• Swingarm
• Steering Head Tube and Weld Points
• Suspension Mounting Points (does not include shocks themselves)

This coverage guarantees your chassis is free from cracks, warping, or structural failure due to manufacturing defects.

Auxiliary Components ts - 12 Months

Covers the following electronic and support systems:

• Digital Display / Dashboard
• Headlight, Tail Light, and Turn Signals
• Horn and Indicator Controls
• Key Switch and Lock Cylinder
• Charging Port and Internal Charging System (if applicable)
• USB Ports and 12V Power Supplies (if equipped)

Conversion Kit Components - 12 Months

Covers conversion parts, including:

• Conversion Wiring Harnesses
• Mounting Brackets and Plates
• Adapters for Motor, Controller, or Battery Mounting
• Secondary Fasteners and Connectors

Conversion warranties apply only when installation follows AMP Haus-approved processes or is performed by a HVE-certified technician.

Understanding The Labor Warranty 

• Labor charges are covered for eligible warranty repairs with a $100 deductible performed by an authorized AMP Haus service partner or at an AMP Haus facility.
• Labor coverage is not applicable for third-party work unless pre-approved in writing.

Items Not Covered Under Warranty

AMP Haus’ warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including:
• Tires, tubes, brake pads, rotors, chains, sprockets, and bearings
• Suspension components unless part of a verified defect
• Cosmetic issues (paint fade, scratches, minor dings)
• Water damage resulting from submersion or misuse outside of stated IP ratings
• Accidental damage, abuse, or crashes
• Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, repairs, or accessories
• Failures due to improper storage, charging, or usage conditions

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a claim:

Email support@theamphaus.com with the subject line "Warranty Claim."

Include the following:

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
• Vehicle identification number (VIN) or serial number
• Clear photos/videos of the affected area
• Description of the issue
• A Volta representative will follow up with instructions, including whether to visit a service center or ship parts for evaluation.

If repair is not feasible, we may choose to provide a replacement part or product at our discretion. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and logistics to and from AMP Haus or an approved service provider.
